amazing stay with wonderful amenities
breakfast buffet helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the variety of options available each morning. the hotel also provided free drinks and snacks in the lounge. I found this a very nice perk! the staff were always helpful when i needed assistance. i found the location convenient to access different areas.
I noticed there were only two washing machines available. This proved insufficient for all the guests wanting to use them! it made it hard to get access when i needed it.

The reception was super efficient and friendly, ready to help with any questions i had. staff members offered quick assistance for directions and local attractions, it. i was very satisfied. The team was responsive!

Really good Stay
friendly staff massage chairs
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered snacks at various times. I particularly appreciated the massage chairs in the lounge. The tea time was also a wonderful experience. It added a unique touch. I found the smoothie bar and coffee bar provided excellent convenience.
The windows in my room could not be opened. The room lacked shelves in the wardrobe. I found the onsen was small. The water was a bit dirty, specifically in the corners.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities!
smoothie drinks immaculate onsen quiet neighborhood convenient access
The hotel provides little smoothie drinks from 6-7 am and complimentary drinks at night! The onsen facilities are immaculate (I loved them). The location is walkable from the subway station and it is in a quiet neighborhood. I found the hot tub to be nice and clean, and the key access was very convenient.
The onsen is quite popular, so it can get a bit crowded sometimes, as it has only one bath.

Breakfast features a good buffet selection and I enjoyed the free food and drinks available throughout the day. The hotel offers a rice bowl later in the evening. This was a nice touch. I especially appreciated the selection of herbal teas available during afternoon tea.

The staff understands and speaks English fluently, made communication very easy (it was a huge relief). I found the staff to be competent and helpful . Efficient check-in and check-out processes made everything smooth and hassle-free.

The room was very clean and meticulously kept, which I appreciated. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel provides good toiletries and the room is well equipped, meeting all my needs .
